Kaldi IPA arrived on the market in 2016 and has enjoyed great success. IPA is originally an English style but has reference to India because it was brewed for the English soldiers fighting in India. US micro-breweries have in the recent years restored this style. IPA has more bitterness and aroma, which comes from wide variety of hops. Kaldi IPA is a so-called American IPA because the hops used in the beer are the American hops Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. Fermented with a special strain of American Ale yeast.
